Description
Morgan is a moderate sized lake of
82 acres, about half of its area littoral (under 15' in depth) with a maximum
depth of 46'. Campsites
Planning Considerations
Wildlife
Morgan supports populations of Brook Trout
(Salvelinus fontinalis),
Northern Pike (Esox lucius),
Pumpkinseed Sunfish (Lepomis
gibbosus), Splake (Salvelinus
fontinalis x S. namaycush), and Yellow Perch (Perca
flavescens). Brook Trout have been stocked but survival has been
poor, largely due to predation by Northerns.
