DescriptionTown is a modest sized lake in the Long Island River drainage.
CampsitesTown supports a single campsite nestled among the Jack Pines (Pinus banksiana) along its southern shore. It appears to be but lightly used.
WildlifeTown supports populations of Burbot (Lota lota), Lake Trout (Salvelinus namaycush), and White Sucker (Catostomus commersoni). Camped on Town Lake early one summer morning, we watched a large bull moose swim along the shore opposite our campsite.
